Philosophy

At our boutique bakery all our utterly delicious cakes are freshly made, never frozen, made by hand using the finest quality ingredients.

Our ingredients are sourced locally where possible, the flour is milled in Oxfordshire, the free range eggs come from a local farm. We use the finest chocolate - 70% minimum cocoa solids and butter, never margarine, to deliver our utterly delicious cakes. We take advantage of the seasons to have the best ingredients.

We are perfectionists who test and retest until our recipe is just right to deliver beautiful looking, utterly delicious cakes.

We are cake obsessed as we talk about them endlessly.
